We got an amazing text yesterday from one of our graduating students, Jose. Working in Fort Sask, Jose has had to be a jack of all trades, including starting off as a labourer, but after a while he has shown that he can and is an Excavator Operator. Great Work Jose!
My overall thoughts on the training I had there was that it was really good, informative, and being able to have fun was a bonus. Any questions I had about any of the equipment or how to do certain tasks, were explained in detail so that I could do the job. It helped me to be able to be comfortable in the machines and gain the confidence to be able take it to the workplace and not feel as nervous as one would without the training, and the fact that everyone was always busy on either the machines, Sims, or book work learning was nice so that nobody was standing around. And the biggest bonus I would say is you guys going out of your way to find us employment opportunities with other companies, greatly appreciated for that.
