Congratulations to Germain, who earned her new nickname “Little Bell” from her new Heavy Equipment position. Little Bell was determined to learn the machines and she wanted to come in an hour early every day to give her the best chance she could get. Germain thank you for your kind words at graduation!!!
The guys were insane busy keeping all of us going on the machines and constantly encouraging us on the simulators. Jeff would gladly take the time to show me how to get through the different exercises when I would ask. I knew I needed more time on the simulators so I asked Jeff if I could come in an hour earlier which would mean he would have to come in a bit earlier in the morning too. He agreed to it and that was exactly what I needed to get my passing marks.Whoever the decision makers are I just want to say thank you. Without a doubt, you made the right choice bringing these two characters in to train us. They put it all out there for us in a crazy fast insane exciting way. No matter how big and intimidating the machines were Jeff and Jeremy didn’t allow us the time to give fear a chance to set. They made this program come alive for us, they pulled it all back together to turn out some amazing heavy equipment operators.
