Chase Operator Training has had an amazing partnership with Vinci Construction. This was due to our innovative approach that included reaching out to a prime contractor, pitching the idea of having the training take place on a live job site, and becoming both a training and certification program along with a 6-week interview process. As a result of this partnership which took place over 3 years and 6 different programs, and trained more than 100 Indigenous students, over 94% graduated and over 91% were employed.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Jeff and his team. The students truly enjoyed their experience and graduated with the skills and work ethic needed to begin their careers in the industry. Thank you to Jeff and his team, we look forward to working with you again in the future!
